At Love Handmade Cakes, we take great care to ensure your cakes arrive frozen and ready to enjoy. All of our products are carefully packaged to maintain their quality during transit.

Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver to mainland UK addresses only.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is charged at a flat rate of £8.99 for orders under £75. Orders over £75 qualify for FREE delivery.
Is there a minimum order value?
No. There is no minimum order value. Simply add your chosen products to your basket and the applicable delivery charge will be calculated at checkout.
Do you offer next day delivery?
Yes. All orders received before 2 pm are processed for next day delivery.
Can I collect my order?
Yes. We offer a local collection service. If you would like to collect your order, please select the local collection option at checkout where available.
What should I do when my order arrives?
Please check your order upon delivery and transfer your cakes to a freezer immediately. All products should be stored at temperatures below -18°C until required.
